I prefer to work out properly, i always feel like I’, a half-arsed job on both study and working out if i take notes. Although admittedly when i was studying for my functional anatomy exam last week i did think about exact muscle names, locations attachments origins innervations and blood supply as i stretched- i know I’M A NERD! but hey science can be fun….

stressing me to the point of eating chocolate
making me want to stab someone

There are many different types, some of which DO NOT GO DARK ON THE OUTSIDE!
For example the large, round reed avocados.
Always check your avo’s firmness!
if you want your avo to ripen faster pop it in a brown paper bag with your bananas!

assignment 1 = 1096/2500 words
assignment 2= 398/500 words
ahhh afternoon gym session, 40 min on the bike, 5 on the rower [yay managed five with my crappy shoulder!] then 10 min of tabata/ HIIT training on the mats.
i love that post workout exercised feeling, but i do find it hard to motivate myself for cardio sometimes…. so i tend to glance over at the people around me and aim to beat the distance theyve done by a certain time, or the rpms theyre doing.
certainly makes the time go faster!!!!
HIIT training is so my favorite. i always end up face planting on the mat at the end, but its working, i can feel my increased strength and fitness at soccer games.
speaking of which i forgot to mention we drew on the weekend with one of the better teams in our league! go us!!!! hahah my bad knee got a bit of a hammering when i scored the goal but it was worth it to see the other teams players throw tanties. Honestly they go to uni, but still behave like children in games. I’m such a bad person, i couldn’t help laughing at them when they got all sulky! But come on! YOU GET KNOCKED DOWN YOU GET BACK UP- plain and simple. I treat the gym like that too. I’m training for my life, which is going to be long and healthy
hope everyones going well, paleos doing ok, fell off the wagon a little with last nights studying and ate some wholegrain rolled oats, but theyre quite good for my IBS so at least my tummy wasn’t sore!!
Another long night ahead, two assignments due tomorrow!!!! :S wish me luck!
